Wordsworth’s Harvest Supper Club

The poet John Keat’s would have loved our supper clubs, because both Keats and Chef Linda Galloway both think of autumn as a ‘season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’. Making the most of the annual crop of ripened orchard fruits and earthy roots like celeriac which are at their peak. And all are perfect for a Harvest Supper.

Wordsworth’s Supper Clubs are all about delicious food, wine and conversation. There is  a warm buzz and good humour, and we add after-dinner entertainment, too.

Linda’s autumn menu includes, bread, nibbles, a trio of dips and dippers, venison and celeriac with a seasonal pudding of apples and pears. There is a pay bar with specially selected wines and after dinner entertainment from close harmony duo the Gaga Ladies plus special guests The Homertones.
